One major way to bring in revenue and profits in the ATM Business is to provide free atm placements for companies. Now for this to work properly, you need to find locations that you know will profits you at a minimum $250 a month. Lesson learned above is to do your homework. What seems not so good on the surface turns out to be a great location. The opposite happens also. A great location on the surface turns out to be no good. As you learn more industries and demographics, you’ll be able to obtain better locations and become profitable quicker!
PURCHASE ATM CONTRACTS
Being in the business for a while, we have access to 100-150 contracts per month. Some of them we keep, some we sell. All these contracts are 5 year placement agreements. For some companies, they would rather focus on running the atm business and purchasing a new contract location. Think about it, if a location does 250 transactions a month, and you paid $500 to get that location, you’d break even on that contract cost on month one. This one is definitely a no-brainer.

How to Purchase an ATM Machine
There are many manufacturers of ATM machines. Each company provides various machines at different price points. The manufacturer we use the most is WRG. The specific model is the WRG Genesis. There are other great manufacturers out there as well.

WRG is considered the lowest cost and easiest to maintain ATM machine in the business. Presently with their upgrade to their verifones (now CPU), the maintenance ability of these machines are even easier.

BUY AN ATM MACHINE

The easiest part of the entire business is the buying process. Your first step is to fill out a 10 page document. This document provides the following:
Verifies that you are a real person / entity (with the addition of the PATRIOT ACT, any person / entity dealing with cash needs to be verified).
Banking Information for cash vault and surcharges to be set up for proper routing (will go into details below) – voided check needs to be sent
Location details are submitted in order for the CPU to be set upon delivery
Check and or Credit Card Authorization is set for payment
